Highlight Open Data on relevant indicators

→ No longer ask local authorities to apply open data on indicators, but display open data in conjunction with data completed by the local authority, to allow them to cohabit.

→ Where the local authority has not entered results data on key indicators, display open data curves right from the preview thumbnail for the indicators concerned.

<→ No longer display the completion badge for an indicator, and change the filter to "Indicator completed by the community" to disregard open data in this search.
