Addition of a status evolution module to the community dashboard

Histogram to evaluate the evolution of action sheet statuses: moving from one status to another :

- Default display of monthly status evolution, over the last 3 or 6 months for example

- Possibility of filtering over a smaller or wider range (monthly, over the last 2 years for example)

- The option of seeing a more precise dated evolution than the monthly step, by selecting two dates: "from XX/XX/XXXX" to "XX/XX/XXXX", with a two-bar comparative histogram
